At Dumanjug Cebu We went to Dumanjud Cebu in 2015 I forgot the month, with my papa and sister, we visited the place of my father, here in Dumanjud this place where my family live since he was a child. The family of my father also just live here, only my father was far away from them, but we still visited their place, this place is beautiful, the girl in front of us is our cousin she tours us in their place, we go to their park of I love Dumanjug, and we took a picture and enjoy the place. The family of my father decided to go to Kawasan Falls here in Badian Cebu, we travel from our home to Badian I think 2 hours, we just ride a Bus with my cousins and Tito and Tita, and the others they ride in the car of my Tita. After a long drive, we finally arrived, we took a picture of their Church or Chapel I dont know hehe, so many people and tourists people we saw. We need to walk all of us to get to the Falls, it has 3 falls I think but went to the 3rd falls, the entrance is 50 per head, I just forgot all the details hehe, but they have an entrance. And finally, we got there safe the place is so beautiful and cold. We rent a room for all of us and the room is nice and when you go outside the falls are beside our room hehe so nice. And yeah we stay overnight and enjoy the place. This is my picture with the falls hehe, these falls are so high, many tourists people we saw and they wear swimsuits, this place is the most beautiful place I visited in Cebu, and soon I will be back here. For us Filipino people we are not comfortable seeing people wearing revealing clothes or swimsuits, the important is we enjoyed the place, the food even though it is so far away.

Elene the Explorer
This photo was taken last year, this photo was one of the best photo of us. It's really good traveling with your close friends. The first and second photo was taken at La Marings, Calatrava.
The last photo was taken when I was in senior high school, we went to Sipaway Island, for our business proposal. This was a quite escaped for us after our stressful days. It's also memorable for me because that was the time when my group mates became my real friends.
This was taken last 2020 at Don Salvador Benedicto. This was my first travel on DSB during the Thanksgiving and Christmas party of one of our daughter churches.

Flowers of life
A colorful plant
Fragrant, life-giving
Flowers of various kinds
In life, the flower is like a human being
The flower lives when watered
And dies when not taken care of.
Like a human being with many trials
Helping each other can solve the difficult thing.
The beautiful flower and the beautiful life inspire human life.

Vengeance of Nature
This photo was taken last December during the typhoon Odette at Julio Ledesma National High School. Nature is the worst enemy of humans. Many families got evacuated because of the unending strong wind and we are one of them. I love capturing photo wherever I go for memories also.
San Carloseños or even Filipino's are unshakeable, we may lost some of our houses but we tend to smile for being grateful. Grateful for being safe during the typhoon.
Nature will also return what we did, do not destroy nature if we do not want nature will also destroy us.
Light of my Soul
When I'm on my way
Why it seems so blurry?
Is this really my destination?
Or only my imagination?
I'm surrounded by the darkness
but you gave me brightness
When everything I see was black
you didn't hesitate to pick me up.
I almost give up on sailing
But the waves keep on pushing
Waves carries me to the shore
Where I see the missing light of my soul
Thank you for bringing me the light
When I almost give up on the fight
You brightens my path
To keep me into the right track

FEMALE GENDER INEQUALITY IN THE WORKPLACE
There are inequalities in all forms in the workplace. Even the best workplaces, if a person looks closely, they will see signs of inequality. The most common type is gender-based inequality of individuals in supervisory roles in companies. I personally experienced this before in my previous job way back 2018. Gender inequality is the unfair treatment of men or women in any situation. Women are held back from these positions. The males are usually the individuals that are promoted. Men and women that are transgender take a role change in an organization. Women that go into being a man will have a power gain while men that go into being a woman close his power. Inequality should not exist, but it does. Gender of a person should not a non-promoting or lower paying entity for any position of a job.
Gender inequality is still a prevalent in the workplace but not as bad as before. Women are not only housewives. They are more educated than most men. They are not working just to be having two incomes in the home; mostly they are some call the “bread makers.” Despite their education, women’s wages are still lesser that the male sector on average. Population states that gender wage gap explained by partly because of differences in personality traits or in preferences. Gender inequality falls back on how men see women in general. It does not matter how educated and strong a lady truly is, that view will be in male minds. Gender inequality is so common to us now that we see it as a norm in all cultures. Gender inequality is seen in employment, schools, media, and political views. Back in as people call the “old times” women were treated unfairly. They were only allowed to clean, cook, and to take care of the children and spouse. They were not allowed to go outside the home to work on a job. Even in other parts of the world today, such as Iran and Iraq, women are not allowed to work except in the homes.
Present day gains compared to overlooked past
Before pandemic, people are always outside, enjoying life, going to party every night and having no time for their families, and when at home they always use technology. When the pandemic starts each family members have more time for each other they talk and laugh and ask what happened in their school and they start to know more about their children. Spending more time at home is allowing many to save money. During lockdowns, people buy what they needed and try to save money because many of them work at home and the others need to stop working.
People are being more thoughtful about the foods they stock their pantries with. However, more flexible schedules are allowing for the opportunity to try new recipes and experiment in the kitchen. During the lockdown, I learnt to appreciate the little things in life and to not take them for granted. Walking to class and catching up with friends is something I miss. The most I miss are social gatherings.I miss not having to wear a mask when I go somewhere. To tell you the truth, I miss parties.I miss social gatherings when I could dance to the music and meet new people. I miss the interactive atmosphere. I miss being able to engage with people without fear of becoming infected. However, I will make it a point to take more time to enjoy all of the things I previously took for granted. This pandemic also have good benefits to all such as spending more qualify time with your loved ones, finding creative ways to stay connected, prioritize physical and mental health and lastly saving money.-
